Sorry to inform you folks, I went to the Official Buick Lesabre site, and they have taken these off the production line. But now, they have replaced it with the new Buick Lucerne, a sedan designed, they say, "to elevate your expectations to new heights." But hey, they have to make changes such as this. That is what causes people to continue to buy with Buick. Most people like to get what they think is the new and improved, even if it is the same.

To learn more about the new Buick Lucerne, go to
www.buick.com That is a fine looking vehichle on this site!

Folks I want to tell you about this great site that I have run across. You can find it at http://www.carsurvey.org/. It is so user friendly! I encourage everyone who reads this to go check it out. This site is so well put together and has so much useful content. When I went to the site, right in front of you is what you are looking for! Most of the time, when I look at different websites on the internet I have to hunt all over the page (tediously) to try to find what I am looking for. Not here! Anyway, this site logs real peoples experiences with the vehicles they owned. You can learn alot from personal reviews that are posted through the site. Anyway, you really have to experience it for yourself, and if you go there you won't be disappointed!

Hey, me again. I was surfing the net today and found a real cool and informative site for those do-it-yourselfer auto mechanics. (Technically, I never fool with the stuff.) But I was looking for More insight into Buick Lesabres, and ran across the site: autorepair.about.com. Man, I think I can really fix some not so major problems with these cars! Just think about the hundreds you could save too. And it doesn't just tell you how to fix Buick Lesabre minor problems, but other make and model vehichles out there. You should check it out!

The Buick Lesabre has done well in the Buick industry. But just as most automobile dealers can tell you, there are also recalls on certain models. For instance look at these specs:

Recall Date:
AUG 09, 2002
Summary:
CERTAIN PASSENGER, MINI VANS, AND SPORT UTILITY VEHICLES HAVE AN AIR BAG INFLATOR ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE THAT COULD FRACTURE AT A WELD DURING A DEPLOYMENT.
Consequence:
PIECES OF THE INFLATOR COULD STRIKE AND INJURE VEHICLE OCCUPANTS AND THE AIR BAG CUSHION WOULD NOT INFLATE FULLY, REDUCING THE CAPABILITY OF THE BAG TO PROTECT THE DRIVER.
Remedy:
DEALERS WILL INSPECT, AND REPLACE, IF NECESSARY, THE AIR BAG MODULE ASSEMBLY ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE. OWNER NOTIFICATION BEGAN AUGUST 15, 2002. OWNERS WHO TAKE THEIR VEHICLES TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER ON AN AGREED UPON SERVICE DATE AND DO NOT RECEIVE THE FREE REMEDY WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME SHOULD CONTACT BUICK AT 1-800-521-7300, CADILLAC AT 1-800-458-8006, CHEVROLET AT 1-800-222-1020, GMC AT 1-800-462-8782, OLDSMOBILE AT 1-800-442-6537, OR PONTIAC AT 1-800-762-2737.
Potential Units Affected:
133221

Of course, this does not mean that the 2002 Buick Lesbre airbag will do this, but that it may do this. So if you do have this vehichle, you can bring it back to the dealer for inspection. To learn of more recalls such as this one go to this link:

www.automotive.com/used-cars

The site claims (and from what I can tell this is true) that if there is a recall on ANY vehicle out there, they will know. So this may be of some help to those with any model Buick Lesabre or other car that may have a recall.

From what I have read up on these automobiles, these cars don't just look good, they perform well. This is a description of the vehichle from http://autos.yahoo.com/: "This is the Buick LeSabre Summary. The 2005 Buick LeSabre is a 4-door, 6-passenger family sedan, available in two trims, the Custom and the Limited. Upon introduction, both trims are equipped with a standard 3.8-liter, V6, 205-horsepower engine that achieves 20-mpg in the city and 29-mpg on the highway. A 4-speed automatic transmission with overdrive is standard. The 2005 Buick LeSabre is a carryover from 2004. " Also at autos.yahoo.com they have a great feature. You can compare virtually any vehichle to another. The look, price range, performance; just about anything you want to know about the vehicle. So I did compare it to other sedans out there and the only thing I noticed was it was priced around $5000 or so more on average. Yet it appears to have more interior seating space, bigger motor (which seems to be about the same on gas mpg even though the engine size is bigger). So you are pretty much getting what you pay for with this sedan. A seemingly well-built, American made vehicle, priced around $25,000 for a new model.
